Display does respond Lost calibration
  • Recalibrate the scale.
Does not return to zero Bind
  • Check for platform bind.
  • Check that the "S" hook is attached at weighbeam and at lever system.
  • Check for correct assembly of platform and that deck floats freely on lever load points.
Erratic weights Bind
  • Check for platform bind.
  • Check that the "S" hook is attached at weighbeam and at lever system.
  • Check for correct assembly of platform and that deck floats freely on lever load points.
"Err.OL", "OL1" or "OL2" Over capacity
  • Clear platform, press ZERO Check for platform bind. Possible damaged load cell.
"Err.UL", "UL1" or "UL2" Below ZERO
  • Replace, or recharge, batteries.
  • Check for broken or cut load cell cable.
  • Check for platform bind.
  • Check that the "S" hook is attached at load cell and at lever system.
  • Check for correct assembly of platform and that deck floats freely on lever load points.
  • Check for platform bind.
